About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with QMS, food safety standards, GFSI requirements, and local regulations across all operations
- Conduct inspections, manage non conformities and CAPA processes, and support internal/external audits
- Monitor HACCP implementation, CCPs/OPRPs, hygiene practices, sanitation standards, and temperature controls
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits across Agthia Group, including GFSI inspections
- Conduct facility and vehicle hygiene inspections, including trucks and tankers
- Manage investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA reporting, and follow up actions
- Assist in reviewing quality and safety reports, addressing customer complaints, and escalating potential risks
- Support team development by assisting with training sessions and organizing materials related to GFSI, ISO, HACCP, GMP, GWP, and food safety standards
- Assist in tracking departmental expenses and analyzing cost performance against budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety, preferably within food manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Experience in quality inspections, audits, and implementation of quality management systems
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in using quality and safety management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications in GFSI, HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, or relevant quality management systems are preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role is considered an advantage

Position Overview
- The QA& FS System Compliance Officer will lead and strengthen Quality Assurance and Food Safety compliance across Agthia sites.
- The role is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving QMS and FSMS frameworks, including HACCP, GFSI, and ISO standards.
- The successful candidate will ensure operational processes, documentation, and practices meet internal policies and regulatory requirements while driving audit readiness, risk management, and a strong food safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with QMS, food safety standards, GFSI requirements, and local regulations across all operations.
- Conduct inspections, manage non conformities and CAPA processes, and support internal/external audits to maintain high quality and food safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross functional teams, and deliver training to strengthen quality performance and food safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with FSMS standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and company food safety requirements across operations.
- Monitor HACCP implementation, CCPs/OPRPs, hygiene practices, sanitation standards, and temperature controls across production, storage, and distribution.
- Conduct inspections and deliver food safety training and awareness programs to strengthen compliance and food safety culture.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits across Agthia Group, including GFSI inspections and compliance assessments.
- Conduct facility and vehicle hygiene inspections, including trucks and tankers, to ensure food safety and product protection standards.
- Manage investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA reporting, and follow up actions to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
- Support factory audits and hygiene inspections to ensure compliance with food safety, GFSI, QMS, and Agthia standards.
- Assist in reviewing quality and safety reports, addressing customer complaints, and escalating potential risks to support compliance and continuous improvement.
- Support team development by assisting with training sessions and organizing materials related to GFSI, ISO, HACCP, GMP, GWP, and food safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in GFSI, HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, or relevant quality management systems are preferred.
- 5 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Experience in quality inspections, audits, and implementation of quality management systems, with knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role is considered an advantage.
- Ability to conduct audits, prepare quality reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Proficiency in using quality and safety management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
