- Conduct thorough inspections of static equipment (pressure vessels, tanks, piping) to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, codes, and standards
- Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, and non destructive testing (NDT) to identify defects and ensure structural integrity
- Review and verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and welding quality
- Monitor and control quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, material certificates, and welding records
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring adherence to project specifications and client requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality related matters to project teams and contractors
Requirements
- Experience in QA/QC inspection of static equipment (pressure vessels, tanks, piping)
- Knowledge of NDT methods and welding procedures
- Aramco approval is a plus
- Familiarity with quality documentation and control procedures
