Key Responsibilities
- Supervise PLC panel assembly activities to ensure compliance with design drawings and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough QA/QC inspections, including wiring accuracy, functionality tests, and documentation reviews.
- Perform PLC panel power-up, IO checkout, logic/HMI internal testing, and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) both internally and with clients.
- Collaborate with the design team for red markups and resolve any discrepancies in drawings or wiring.
- Prepare detailed progress and quality reports, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.
- Ensure all work complies with QCS2014 and established safety protocols.
- Maintain proper documentation of all inspections, test procedures, and findings.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related technical field.
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC roles within automation, PLC panel assembly, or system integrator environments.
- Strong knowledge of PLC wiring techniques, industrial automation standards, and schematic interpretation.
- Proficient in reading and analyzing design drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
