Job Title
QA/QC Manager
Job Summary
Design and implement quality management systems for projects, conduct audits, inspections, and corrective action follow-ups. Liaise with external auditors and clients to secure certifications and approvals. Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) functions for Ashghal Roads
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a sound knowledge of the project scope and its quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with contract and client quality requirements.
- Control and distribute all company quality documentation.
- Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company management system requirements and contract requirements.
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements for improvement.
- Verify that company quality requirements are specified to vendors and subcontractors in documentation submittals.
- Attend client quality management meetings and all other meetings requiring a quality representative.
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
- Coordinate all quality-related correspondence with client representatives.
- Monitor statistical methods of reporting and ensure alignment with contract and client requirements.
- Action and close all quality-related client complaints.
