Role Overview
The PMO Lead or Specialist connects organizational strategy with execution across construction programs and projects.
The role governs PMO frameworks, provides portfolio visibility, supports executive decisions, and drives standardization and continuous improvement.
The position balances executive reporting, engineering execution, and business outcomes.
Strategic Governance
- Establish and govern PMO frameworks, policies, and project governance standards.
- Align programs with company strategy, business goals, and client commitments.
- Develop program roadmaps, master schedules, and delivery frameworks.
- Provide senior leadership and C-level executives with dashboards, insights, and performance analytics.
- Identify portfolio risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities.
Program and Portfolio Management
- Oversee construction programs and major projects across civil, MEP, infrastructure, and fit-out.
- Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk performance.
- Coordinate inter-project dependencies and optimize resources.
- Track KPIs, milestones, cash flow, contractual deliverables, and portfolio health.
