- Establish and implement the Project Quality Management System, including PQP, Method Statements, and ITPs
- Lead and supervise QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors
- Review and approve material submittals in accordance with ASTM, BS, and ADQCC
- Manage the NCR process, including corrective and preventive actions
- Act as main point of contact for WIRs, inspections, audits, and approvals with consultants, clients, and authorities
- Manage internal and external quality audits
- Ensure all QA/QC close out activities are completed in line with contractual and authority requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in roads, infrastructure, and bridges projects
- ISO 9001:2015 certification is preferred
- Currently residing in the UAE

Role Description
- Seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
- Focus on establishing, implementing, and monitoring the project quality management system.
- Ensure all construction activities meet required quality standards and comply with local authority regulations including DMT, ADM, and TAQA WS.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management & Planning: Establishing and implementing the Project Quality Management System, including PQP, Method Statements, and ITPs.
- QA/QC Team Leadership & Site Oversight: Leading and supervising QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors.
- Material Approval & Testing: Reviewing and approving material submittals in accordance with ASTM, BS, and ADQCC.
- Non Conformance Management: Managing the NCR process, including corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordination with Authorities & Consultants: Acting as main point of contact for WIRs, inspections, audits, and approvals.
- Audits, Compliance & Documentation: Managing internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations.
- Project Close Out & Handover: Ensuring all QA/QC close out activities are completed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in roads, infrastructure, and bridges projects.
- ISO 9001:2015 certification is preferred.
