Responsibilities
- Establish and implement the Project Quality Management System, including PQP, Method Statements, and ITPs
- Lead and supervise QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors, overseeing site activities for compliance
- Review and approve material submittals in accordance with ASTM, BS, and ADQCC
- Manage the NCR process, including corrective and preventive actions
- Act as main point of contact for WIRs, inspections, audits, and approvals with consultants and authorities
- Manage internal and external quality audits and maintain accurate quality records for handover
- Ensure all QA/QC close out activities are completed per contractual and authority requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in roads, infrastructure, and bridges projects
- Currently residing in the UAE
- ISO 9001:2015 certification preferred

Role Description
- We are seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee our roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
- The role focuses on establishing, implementing, and monitoring the project quality management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management & Planning: Establishing and implementing the Project Quality Management System.
- QA/QC Team Leadership & Site Oversight: Leading and supervising QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors.
- Material Approval & Testing: Reviewing and approving material submittals in accordance with ASTM, BS, and ADQCC.
- Non Conformance Management: Managing the NCR process, including corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordination with Authorities & Consultants: Acting as the main point of contact for WIRs, inspections, audits, and approvals.
- Audits, Compliance & Documentation: Managing internal and external quality audits.
- Project Close Out & Handover: Ensuring all QA/QC close out activities are completed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in roads, infrastructure, and bridges projects.
- ISO 9001:2015 certification is preferred.
