About the Role
ADEAREST seeks a QA/QC Engineer to maintain quality management systems, perform inspections, and coordinate document control for O&G/manufacturing projects. The role requires a degree in Engineering, ISO Lead Auditor certification, and 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the Company's Quality Policy
- Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc with the Project Team
- Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required test, record inspections and tests
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop work
- Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site staff
- Assist the Management in conducting internal quality audits
- Ensure that Non Conformance Report (NCR) are raised when activities deviate
- Prepare corrective action report (CAR) for NCR encountered
- Perform QHSE visit on project sites to ensure safety requirements are followed
- Attend to all Project Site Inspection Request (PSIR) raised by project Engineer/Supervisor
- Perform raw material inspection and regular quality assessments on incoming materials
- Perform inspection of fabricated pressure vessel, valve station, pump station, frame, Skids/Racks Assembly
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or other related course
- Certified ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor
- Familiar in ASME Section VIII Division 1
- ASNT NDT Level II Certified
- CSWIP 3.1 – Certified Welding Inspector is required
- Minimum of 5 years preferably from the O&G/Manufacturing background

Job Objectives
- A QA & QC Engineer's objective is to maintain the good quality of product & services supply to the clients
- Full implementation of quality management systems of the company
- Implement all aspects of the quality management systems and quality assurance in accordance with contract documents, relevant international standard and local authorities requirements
Responsibilities and duties
- Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the Company's Quality Policy
- Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc with the Project Team
- Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required test, record inspections and tests made as per the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop work
- Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site staff in submission of materials for approval
- Assists the Management in conducting internal quality audits
- Ensure that Non Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated
- Prepare corrective action report (CAR) for the NCR encountered
- Performs QHSE visit on project sites to make sure that all employees are following all the safety requirements
- Attend to all Project Site Inspection Request (PSIR) raised by project Engineer/Supervisor
- Perform raw material inspection and regular quality assessments on all incoming materials
- Perform inspection of fabricated pressure vessel, valve station, pump station, frame, Skids/Racks Assembly
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or other related course
- Certified ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor
