- Plan activities in accordance with the priority of work set by the Line Manager
- Make sure that all materials needed for production are available
- Organize and maintain proper document control system for easy monitoring and tracking
- Monitor the quality of the production at the workshop
- Adopt a hands on approach to all workshop activity, providing technical advice and training
- Monitor and supervise workers at the workshop
- Make sure that all areas in the workshop are kept tidy and neat
- Coordinate with the concern in terms of Logistics, loading and off loading
- Report all activities to the Direct Line Manager
- Ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related course
- Experience in mechanical industry
- Minimum of 2 3 years with supervisory experience
