Responsibilities
- Review and develop project plans with PM, PS, PC, and PPE
- Build and manage site teams according to project requirements
- Apply strong technical knowledge of refrigeration works
- Attend site coordination and technical meetings
- Prepare bi weekly project reports
- Coordinate with clients and resolve minor issues; escalate major concerns to PM
- Provide technical support by interpreting drawings, resolving design issues, and recommending solutions
- Coordinate engineering activities such as surveys, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance
- Review designs, specifications, and drawings; identify discrepancies and resolve with PM
- Support material procurement, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, and budget
- Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to standards
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation, including drawings and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in big refrigeration or MEP projects or similar role
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Refrigeration/MEP industry regulations, codes, and standards
