Position Overview
CGI is seeking a Python AI Developer for software development and engineering work in Hyderabad.
The internal position is listed as Lead Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience.
The role focuses on backend development, data processing, cloud services, and AI or LLM integrations.
The employment type is full time.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python applications using object-oriented programming principles.
- Build and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
- Process data using Python data structures, Pandas, NumPy, and DataFrames.
- Handle PDF, CSV, Excel, Word, and other structured or unstructured files.
- Develop Matplotlib visualizations for reporting and insights.
- Integrate AWS S3, Aurora PostgreSQL, and Lambda for scalable solutions.
- Automate AWS services and manage cloud resources using Boto3.
- Develop AI-powered features using OpenAI APIs and large language models.
- Build intelligent workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, and Pydantic AI.
- Integrate and fine-tune enterprise LLMs such as ChatGPT-5, Claude Sonnet 4.5, and AWS Nova.
- Ensure application security, performance, logging, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, data, and cloud architecture teams and participate in code reviews and mentoring.
