PWR is responsible for driving sales growth, market adoption, and profitable expansion of automation solutions within an assigned territory; Northeast United States, as well as Eastern Canada. This role blends deep technical expertise in high-speed robotic systems with strategic account management and business development.

Own and grow sales performance for technologies within an assigned geographic territory or market segment.
Manage existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new robotic automation opportunities.
Drive adoption of PWR solutions in applications such as high-speed pick-and-place, food handling, pharmaceutical, and packaging automation.
Develop and execute regional sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies aligned with Coesia and PWR objectives.
Support pricing strategies and assist in negotiating contracts, commercial terms, and solution scope.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for PWR systems and applications.
Lead technical discussions with customers regarding robotic system architecture, performance, payloads, speeds, accuracy, and integration requirements.
Support customer meetings, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution presentations focused on robotic automation value.
Partner with engineering, controls, and integration teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
Advise customers on system optimization, automation layouts, integration with upstream/downstream equipment, and total cost of ownership.
Analyze customer processes, market trends, and competitor offerings in robotic automation.
Identify emerging applications and vertical growth opportunities.
Support regional and product-line strategies to expand market share for PWR.
Track competitive technologies and position within the high-speed robotics market.
Collaborate with Marketing to support robotic-focused campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics).
Report on new robotic system wins, lost opportunities, pricing trends, and market intelligence.
Contribute sales forecasts and long-range market planning for technologies.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, automation, service, and operations teams to deliver complete robotic solutions.
Support after-sales initiatives including robotic service, upgrades, spare parts, and training offerings.
Provide product, application, and technical training to internal sales teams and regional stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or Technical Sales.
7–15+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within robotics, automation, or high-speed industrial equipment.
Strong technical background in PWR or parallel robotics technologies (preferred).
Proven ability to manage complex, engineered sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements.
Ability to translate complex robotic and automation concepts into clear customer value propositions.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical solutions environment.
Consultative, solution-oriented selling approach.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and market evaluation capabilities.
Ability to work independently within a regional sales structure while collaborating globally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Willingness to travel up to 60% to support customers, demonstrations, and trade shows.
