Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement / Purchasing Officer to join our Supply Chain team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing processes and procurement activities in line with company policies
- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning activities
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and quality standards
