Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with multiple local and international suppliers
- Place and track orders across different supplier portals and systems
- Support negotiations on pricing, lead times, MOQs, and delivery terms
- Forecast demand based on sales trends, seasonality, and business growth
- Plan procurement cycles to avoid stockouts and overstocking
- Account for supplier lead times, shipping timelines, and contingencies
- Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to align purchasing with commercial needs
- Ensure POs, confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices are accurate and properly recorded
- Improve procurement workflows, approvals, and reporting
- Monitor landed costs, pricing variances, and budget adherence
- Ensure purchasing aligns with internal policies and supplier agreements
- Identify supply risks and maintain contingency sourcing plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement within F&B, HoReCa, FMCG, or distribution environments
- Proven experience working across multiple supplier portals and ERP/WMS systems (Sage is a strong advantage)
- Strong experience in demand forecasting, supply planning, and lead time management
- Comfortable with pricing discussions, MOQs, and supplier negotiations
- Experience coordinating with warehouse and finance on stock, GRNs, and invoicing
- Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Dubai Municipality Portal including food item registration, food label assessment, and import/export request creation
- Hands on experience in handling freight forwarders for import and export shipments
- Solid understanding of customs procedures, documentation, and clearance processes

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to work with Euro Coffee’s procurement function across multiple suppliers and portals.
- This role is critical to ensuring product availability, cost control, and continuity of supply across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with multiple local and international suppliers.
- Multi Portal Ordering: Place and track orders across different supplier portals and systems.
- Commercial Negotiation: Support negotiations on pricing, lead times, MOQs, and delivery terms.
- Demand Forecasting: Forecast demand based on sales trends, seasonality, and business growth.
- Planning: Plan procurement cycles to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
