About the Role
EuroCoffee UAE is hiring a Barista Trainer and Coffee Quality Controller to develop and deliver training programs, standardize recipes, and ensure coffee quality. The role involves conducting audits, troubleshooting issues, and supporting sales with product demonstrations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver barista training programs for new and existing clients
- Conduct barista skills assessments and provide coaching to improve performance
- Develop, standardize, and update beverage recipes and preparation procedures
- Train staff on daily cleaning, preventive maintenance, and proper operation of coffee equipment
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certification documentation
- Gather and analyze training feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Deliver product knowledge sessions on coffee, equipment, and beverage preparation
- Establish and maintain coffee preparation standards in accordance with company and brand guidelines
- Conduct regular coffee quality audits at customer locations
- Evaluate beverage consistency, espresso extraction, milk quality, taste, and presentation
- Troubleshoot coffee quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with the sales team by providing product demonstrations and technical expertise

- Coordinate with technical service teams for equipment repairs, maintenance, and follow up.
- Prepare quality audit reports, action plans, and improvement recommendations.
Customer & Business Support
- Collaborate with the sales team by providing product demonstrations, technical expertise, and identifying opportunities to upsell coffee, ingredients, tools, and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, training, and quality support.
- Represent the company during customer events, workshops, and coffee demonstrations.
