Responsibilities
- Source equipment, goods, and services while managing the full end to end procurement cycle
- Supply all workshop, store, and office requirements for Dubai, Fujairah, and Abu Dhabi
- Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate cost effective deals
- Evaluate suppliers, verify onboarding documentation, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Ensure all procurement processes comply with Everllence policies, QHSE requirements, and approval workflows
- Participate in Stock counts
Requirements
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be enrolled in a College / University program
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently, cross functional and with multi location team

Overview
- The candidate will join our Purchasing team in the MEA Regional Office in Dubai.
Tasks
- Source equipment, goods, and services while managing the full end to end procurement cycle.
