About the Role
Everllence is seeking a Purchasing Intern to join their MEA Regional Office in Dubai. The intern will support the procurement cycle, including sourcing, issuing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities
- Source equipment, goods, and services while managing the full end to end procurement cycle.
- Supply all workshop, store, and office requirements for Dubai, Fujairah, and Abu Dhabi to ensure smooth operations.
- Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate cost effective deals.
- Evaluate suppliers, verify onboarding documentation, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure all procurement processes comply with Everllence policies, QHSE requirements, and approval workflows.
- Participate in Stock counts.
Requirements
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be enrolled in a College / University program
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently, cross functional and with multi location team
