Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order status
- Coordinate import and export shipments
- Arrange transportation and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure stock availability
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain procurement and logistics records
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations departments
- Ensure all purchasing and logistics activities comply with company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Purchasing and Logistics
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is mandatory
- Experience in General Trading is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of sourcing fresh produce, frozen foods, meat, poultry, beverages, FMCG, or food products
- Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with inventory management and stock control
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and UAE logistics processes
- Experience using ERP systems is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Good command of English (spoken and written)

Job Summary
