We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Operation Manager** to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations related to General Trading activities.
- Manage operations involving Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Frozen Products, Poultry, Meat, Chicken, and related products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth in the UAE market.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, product quality, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution professionally.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Trading within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Frozen Products, Poultry, Meat, Chicken, and related trading operations.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the UAE market and distribution channels.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
