- Manage cleaning schedules, attendance, and shift planning
- Coordinate transportation of staff using company vehicle
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment
- Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Familiarity with Dubai rules and routes is preferred

Overview
