Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance departments
- Monitor work performance, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed
- Oversee inventory movement, stock availability, and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare operational reports and submit updates to management
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Support management in achieving operational and business objectives
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar Operations role
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is mandatory
- Experience in General Trading is highly preferred
- Experience handling F&B operations, inventory management, supplier coordination, warehouse operations, and logistics
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP software is an advantage
