About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Purchase & Logistics Executive to manage procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, inventory monitoring, and payment coordination. Responsibilities
- Process local and overseas purchase orders in the ERP System
- Monitor sales orders and ensure timely conversion into supplier purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmations, lead times, shipments, and backorders
- Source alternative suppliers for unavailable items and coordinate with the sales team
- Arrange shipments, process Advance Shipment Notices (ASN), and share shipping documents with the warehouse
- Monitor pending purchase orders and outstanding customer orders
- Consolidate supplier invoices and submit payment requests to the Accounts Department
- Manage warranty claims, shortages, damaged goods, and supplier discrepancies
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics
- Experience in the automotive spare parts industry is preferred
- Hands on experience with ERP systems

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Purchase & Logistics Executive to manage procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, inventory monitoring, and payment coordination. The successful candidate will ensure timely purchasing, efficient shipment management, and accurate ERP transactions
Key Responsibilities
- Process local and overseas purchase orders in the ERP System.
- Monitor sales orders and ensure timely conversion into supplier purchase orders.
