Job Overview

  • The Parts Advisor is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive spare parts for BMW, Mercedes Benz, and other European vehicle brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and supply genuine, OEM, and aftermarket spare parts for BMW, Mercedes Benz, and other European vehicle brands.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and process customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, traders, retailers, and direct customers.
  • Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the parts division.
  • Utilize electronic parts catalogues (EPC), VIN decoding systems, and manufacturer databases to accurately identify parts.
  • Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements to maximize conversion rates.
  • Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to customers.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of parts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and order status.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Candidate Requirements Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales.
  • Strong hands on experience with BMW, Mercedes Benz, and other European automotive brands.
  • Experience in the UAE automotive parts market is highly preferred.

Candidate Requirements Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of European vehicle spare parts, part number identification, and cataloguing systems.
  • Strong understanding of genuine, OEM, and aftermarket parts.
  • Proven ability to develop business and generate sales opportunities.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and closing skills.
  • Self driven, energetic, proactive, and target oriented.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving License mandatory.
  • Willingness to visit customers and develop business relationships across the UAE.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service and sales.
