Role Overview
Purchase and procurement role supporting project sites and construction-related purchasing.
The work covers procurement planning, vendor management, purchase orders, budgets, inventory, payments, and documentation.
Procurement and Purchase Orders
- Create and manage ERP purchase orders for PEB, civil, landscape, and labour procurement.
- Review BOQs, drawings, quantities, specifications, and approved site requirements before procurement.
- Invite quotations from approved vendors and compare prices, quality, makes, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Negotiate vendor rates and recommend suitable suppliers based on commercial and technical factors.
- Obtain approvals, issue purchase orders, and maintain procurement transaction records.
Budget, Vendors, and Payments
- Verify procurement costs against approved project budgets and report deviations.
- Coordinate vendor payment documentation and follow up until payments are released.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve supply, delivery, and payment-related issues.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, quantities, rates, GST, payment terms, and material receipts.
