Role overview
The position combines Landscape Technician and Civil PEB CAD Engineer responsibilities.
The role supports civil, PEB, site development, and landscape drawing production from design through project completion.
The position reports to the Civil or Project Manager or Design Head and is associated with the Civil, PEB, and Project Engineering department.
Civil and PEB CAD drafting
- Prepare detailed civil and PEB-related drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare GA drawings, foundation layouts, anchor bolt plans, and civil interface drawings.
- Prepare column, footing, pedestal, and foundation layouts from approved structural and PEB drawings.
- Prepare floor plans, site layouts, sections, elevations, construction details, and external development drawings.
- Coordinate civil drawings with PEB structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Review PEB drawings, identify discrepancies, incorporate revisions, and prepare shop, working, and as-built drawings.
- Maintain drawing revisions and drawing registers.
Landscape and external development
- Prepare landscape layout and execution drawings, including softscape and hardscape drawings.
