Job Summary
Prepare accurate and detailed civil and structural drawings for pre-engineered building projects.
Coordinate with structural, design, estimation, fabrication, and project execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare PEB civil and structural drawings, GA drawings, foundation layouts, column layouts, and anchor bolt plans.
- Prepare foundation, footing, pedestal, slab, staircase, platform, erection-related, and miscellaneous steel or civil details.
- Review design drawings and incorporate structural calculations, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, site teams, fabrication teams, and erection teams.
- Revise drawings based on client or consultant comments and maintain revision records.
- Prepare shop, working, construction, as-built, and final documentation drawings.
- Assist with BOQ, quantity take-offs, and material-related information where required.
- Complete and submit drawings according to project schedules and applicable standards.
Required Technical Skills
- AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of PEB structures and civil foundation detailing is required.
- Understanding of PEB components, column and rafter arrangements, anchor bolts, base plates, foundations, pedestals, bracing, cladding details, and civil or structural coordination is required.
