Responsibilities
- Operate concrete pump machinery safely and efficiently at construction sites
- Drive and transport the concrete pump truck to project locations as required
- Set up and position the pump equipment before concrete pouring activities
- Monitor concrete pumping operations and ensure smooth flow of concrete
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of the pump and vehicle
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major defects immediately
- Follow site safety regulations and company procedures at all times
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and concrete suppliers during operations
- Maintain daily operation logs and vehicle inspection records
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the equipment
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 4 (Heavy Vehicle License)
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience as a Concrete Pump Operator
- Good knowledge of concrete pumping equipment and maintenance
- Familiarity with UAE construction site safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Basic communication skills in English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work on construction sites
