Program Overview
This is a Product and Knowledge Operations Intern role supporting Pulse, a voice and text interface integrated within The Universe Eye Governance Orchestration.
The role includes a 3-day initial trial followed by an 8-week unpaid training and evaluation pathway.
A certificate may be issued after satisfactory completion, but a future paid trial or operational role is not guaranteed.
Location
- The role is on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Core Operating Principles
- Each customer branch must remain isolated, with no mixing of data, credentials, agents, permissions, memory, logs, documents, or operational context.
- Important actions require approval from an identified and authorized human; Pulse cannot independently approve or execute restricted actions.
What You Will Learn and Do
- Understand Pulse request, retrieval, tool-use, and response flows and test whether answers come from approved knowledge sources.
- Prepare isolated knowledge bases and organize documents, metadata, versions, references, and access rules.
