Role overview
Elchai Group is seeking a B2B Sales Developer Intern to help build a qualified international sales pipeline for AI infrastructure and enterprise technology products.
The role is a training and evaluation pathway, not a direct sales management position and not a guarantee of employment or client access.
Location and programme
- The role is on-site in Dubai, UAE.
- The programme begins with a three-day initial trial followed by an eight-week internship and training period for candidates who continue.
What you will learn and do
- Research prospects and identify relevant business decision-makers.
- Create and maintain lead records in the approved CRM.
- Prepare approved outreach, schedule qualified discovery calls, and brief participants before calls.
- Ask structured questions about prospects' AI, governance, security, workflow, and operational challenges.
- Explain Governance Orchestration accurately and qualify suitable opportunities without mixing products.
- Record objections, commitments, next steps, and follow-up dates.
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams before demos, proposals, or technical statements are sent.
- Report pipeline activity, responses, meetings, opportunities, and cash-generating progress.
