Elchai Group is seeking an HR and Talent Operations Intern to support the human operation of its AI-assisted recruitment system.
The role manages a high-volume recruitment pipeline across several roles and works between the HR team, AI screening agent, and interview process.
The human HR team remains responsible for reviewing evidence, approving progression, documenting decisions, and ensuring consistent candidate handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from job posting and application intake through screening, interviews, trial stages, and final recommendation.
- Review AI-generated scores against CVs, approved job descriptions, and supporting evidence.
- Check that scores include clear written rationales and escalate unsupported or inconsistent scores.
- Apply approved progression thresholds for school, trial, and boarding stages.
- Maintain candidate trackers, scorecards, interview records, attendance records, stage history, and final decisions.
- Coordinate interviews through Elchai Pulse using the correct candidate, role pack, questions, and criteria.
- Compare automated screening results with live interview performance and report inaccurate scores.
- Flag borderline candidates and exceptions for named human review.
- Manage candidate communications, confirmations, no-shows, follow-ups, rescheduling, and status updates.
- Audit roles, job descriptions, scoring rubrics, candidate records, and workflow errors.
- Coordinate technical escalation for unexpected HR agent, Pulse, database, endpoint, or audit-trail results.
- Protect candidate confidentiality and keep records separated by role and candidate.
Candidate Profile
- The role requires comfort using AI tools while challenging their output and identifying errors.
- The successful candidate must maintain a human approval gate at important recruitment stages.
- The role requires careful review of evidence, scores, CVs, job descriptions, and interview results.
- The candidate must protect confidentiality and ensure records are accessed only by authorized people.
- The role is a human control and operations position within Elchai's AI Governance Orchestration.
