Responsibilities
- Assess client requests (in Jira) by understanding business requirements, impact, and alignment to online experience
- Document and coordinate all request activities including requirements, change orders, Jira intake, tracking, status reporting, and communication
- Coordinate deployment activities with Quality Engineer, Delivery Management, Business/Marketing partners, and support teams
- Align work activities to support priorities as defined by requestors and ensure deliverables meet quality objectives
- Participate in daily meetings (backlog refinement, pod huddle, etc.)
- Participate in quarterly Program Incrementation sessions to support roadmap and Business' OKRs
- Manage relationships with key partners: Marketing, Product Groups, Technology partners, Change Management, Incident Management, and external partners
- Represent Content Publishing team as a subject matter expert
- Provide a professional, consistent and positive client experience
- Help to review, improve, and document processes
Requirements
- 5+ years experience working in an online/digital environment
- Experience with AEM Web publishing
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Strong business analysis skills
