Must Have Skills (5+ Years Experience)
- Business Systems Analysis 5+ years in software development, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst
- Agile & Waterfall Methodologies Hands on experience delivering projects in both environments
- UML Diagramming Strong knowledge of UML modeling (mandatory)
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Communication & Stakeholder Management Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Analytical & Problem Solving Skills Strong analytical thinking and relationship building abilities
- Multi Tasking Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, customer focused environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
- Knowledge of Connected Home products, including TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home Monitoring systems
