Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development preferably as a Business Systems Analyst in Agile and Waterfall development
- Experience building scalable distributed systems with service oriented architectures
- Knowledge of UML diagramming is a must
- Experience in SAFe, Scrum and Kanban preferred
- Ability to synthesize information into concise, logical summaries for audiences of varying levels of technical background
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Ability to work effectively and independently on multiple simultaneous tasks within a fast paced high tech customer service oriented environment
- Superior skill set, including analytical thinking and problem solving, presentation and facilitation and relationship building
- Connected Home product knowledge in TV, Internet, Home Phone and Smart home Monitoring preferred

Job Description
