About the Opportunity

  • We are a leading management and media consulting firm seeking an experienced Public Relations Project Manager to join our team for a high profile awareness project with a government entity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end to end delivery of a strategi

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of the awareness project while ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the government client and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic media and communication consultation to support awareness initiatives and communication objectives.
  • Translate business and communication requirements into actionable project plans and creative deliverables.
  • Lead cross functional teams, including content developers, graphic designers, video production teams, motion designers, and external vendors.
  • Oversee the development and production of awareness materials, including videos, visual content, educational guides, digital assets, and multimedia campaigns.
  • Ensure all awareness content aligns with approved communication strategies, audience personas, branding guidelines, and government standards.
  • Review creative concepts and deliverables, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop project schedules, resource plans, status reports, and executive presentations.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and progress reviews with internal teams and client representatives.
  • Manage change requests, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing media, communication, and awareness with Government sector projects.
  • Previous experience in media, communication, marketing, or consulting firms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and delivering large scale awareness initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of strategic communications, awareness campaigns, audience engagement, and content development.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client facing communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast paced consulting environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
