About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Pro
to manage all government-related processes and regulatory coordination for our operations in
Hamriyah Free Zone
.
This role is responsible for
customs clearance, visa processing, licensing, lease management, and vehicle registration
, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and smooth operational flow.
Customs & Cargo Clearance
- Handle
- customs clearance procedures
- for incoming and outgoing cargo
- Coordinate with
Sharjah Customs And Hamriyah Free Zone Authority
- Prepare and submit all required documentation (invoices, packing lists, permits)
- Ensure timely clearance and resolve customs-related issues
Government Relations And
Act as the main liaison with:
• Immigration And MOHRE
- Sharjah government departments
- Manage all
- government approvals, submissions, and documentation
Visa & Immigration
- Process:
- Employment visas
- Visa renewals and cancellations
- Maintain employee records and track visa expiries
- Ensure compliance with UAE immigration and labor regulations
Licensing & Lease Management
- Manage
- trade license issuance and renewal
- Handle
- lease agreements and renewals
Within Hamriyah Free Zone
- Ensure all company documents remain valid and compliant
Vehicle Registration & Traffic Compliance
- Manage
- truck and vehicle registration, renewal, and ownership transfer
- with
Sharjah Roads And Transport Authority (Srta)
- Coordinate
- vehicle inspections and testing
- through approved centers
- Handle
- traffic file management, renewal, and fines settlement
- with
Sharjah Police
- Monitor and clear
- traffic violations, black points, and penalties
- Ensure full compliance of all company vehicles with
- UAE traffic laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum
- 3–5 years’ experience as PRO in UAE
- Experience with
Hamriyah Free Zone Procedures
- preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- UAE immigration and labor laws
- Customs clearance procedures
Skills & Competencies
- Strong relationships with
- government authorities
- Excellent knowledge of
- UAE government portals and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
