Responsibilities
- Process employment, residence, and visit visa applications for all staff
- Renew trade licences and commercial registrations within required timelines

- Coordinate medical fitness tests and health screenings for visa processing

- Provide regular status reports to management on government related matters
Requirements
- Previous experience in a PRO or government relations role
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa, immigration, and labour procedures
- Demonstrated experience dealing with MOHRE, Immigration, and DED
- Experience handling official documentation, attestation, and notarisation
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Good command of English for internal reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Role Overview
- We pride ourselves on creating a positive working environment, and it is your responsibility to maintain that within the office and across all locations. As the Internal PRO, you will be responsible for managing all government related processes and transactions on behalf of the company.
Area of Responsibility
- Process employment, residence, and visit visa applications for all staff
- Renew trade licences and commercial registrations within required timelines
- Handle work permit applications and renewals with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)
- Manage Emirates ID registration and renewal processes for employees
- Liaise with Immigration, MOHRE, the Department of Economic Development (DED), and other government bodies
- Coordinate medical fitness tests and health screenings required for visa processing
- Arrange attestation and notarisation of official company and employee documents
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all government transactions and expiry dates
- Track and proactively follow up on renewals before expiry to avoid penalties
- Provide regular status reports to management on all government related matters
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team as required
Experience
- Previous experience in a PRO or government relations role is required
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa, immigration, and labour procedures
- Demonstrated experience dealing with MOHRE, Immigration, and DED
- Experience handling official documentation, attestation, and notarisation
- Familiarity with UAE labour law and regulatory compliance
- Experience working in a fast paced, multi tasking environment
