Public Relations Officer

The PRO will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation and administrative processes, including visa applications, license renewals, and compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all legal and official procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Handle all visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and their dependents (residence, employment, visit, etc.).

Manage government and legal documents (labor contracts, Emirates ID processing, medical exams, etc.).

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration rules, and regulations.

Liaise with government departments such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, and other authorities as required.

Renew and maintain the company trade license and other legal documents.

Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of employee documents and company certifications.

Ensure all operations adhere to government protocols and timelines.

Coordinate with HR and management to support employee onboarding and exit procedures.

Represent the company at external meetings and government offices.

UAE National with valid UAE driving license.

Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 1-2 years).

Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and business laws.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation.

Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
