The employer is seeking an organized and experienced Public Relations Manager.
The role owns employee, government relations, and compliance operations across the employer's entities.
This is a hands-on operations role focused on ministries, typing centres, and free zone portals rather than marketing or client-facing work.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete visa and labour cycle from new employee onboarding through renewals and cancellations.
- Handle visa and labour processes across Mainland and Free Zone entities.
- Manage trade licence renewals for all group companies and prevent obligations from lapsing.
- Coordinate with regional offices and keep internal teams informed about regulatory changes.
- Monitor updates from MoHRE, the Ministry of Labour, and relevant free zone authorities.
- Process medical fitness applications and Emirates ID submissions.
- Complete weekly petty cash reconciliation with the Finance team.
- Answer UAE labour-related queries from account managers across the business.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of local UAE labour laws is essential.
- The role requires independent workload management without close supervision.
- The successful candidate should remain calm and effective when deadlines accumulate.
