Responsibilities
- Lead communication strategies for IPOs, listings, M&A, capital market transactions, and investor relations
- Manage executive communications, press releases, financial announcements, and corporate disclosures
- Build relationships with investors, regulators, financial institutions, media, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CMA and Tadawul disclosure requirements
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and regulatory advisors throughout capital market transactions
- Develop crisis communication plans and strengthen corporate reputation
- Represent the company at investor roadshows, conferences, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, investor relations, financial communications, or capital markets
- Proven experience supporting or leading IPOs within the Saudi capital market
- Strong knowledge of CMA regulations, Tadawul Listing Rules, corporate governance, and disclosure requirements
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
- Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CMA, or Investor Relations) are an advantage

Overview
