- Review guest feedback, identify areas of improvement, and implement service enhancements.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and recruitment to meet business demands.
- Ensure consistent presentation, flavor, and quality of all dishes served in restaurants, banquets, and events.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of culinary trends, menu engineering, and cost management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to perform under pressure.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in food presentation and kitchen operations.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation regulations, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to train and develop diverse teams, fostering a positive and high performance culture.
Education
- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
