Responsibilities
- Act as the Proxy Product Owner for Trade Finance products, supporting product strategy, implementation, and enhancements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Provide subject matter expertise across Trade Finance products, operational processes, controls, and client journeys
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, PMO, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure successful delivery
- Support testing, implementation, process optimization, automation, and digitization initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Trade Finance product development, implementation, or delivery within the banking sector
- Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products, operations, workflows, and controls
- Experience working in Agile environments and partnering closely with Technology teams
- Expertise in backlog management, business analysis, requirements gathering, and product delivery
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills
- Exposure to digital banking platforms, APIs, automation, and fintech solutions is highly desirable
