Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Proposal Engineer to prepare technical and commercial proposals for Oil & Gas, EPC, and industrial projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in tendering, estimation, bid preparation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure accurate and competitive submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review RFQs, ITBs, tender documents, and client specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Oil & Gas and EPC projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, estimation, and operations teams for bid preparation.
- Analyze project requirements, scope of work, and technical specifications.
- Prepare cost estimations, pricing calculations, and commercial evaluations.
- Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure proposals comply with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Participate in technical clarification meetings and client discussions.
- Maintain tender records, proposal documentation, and bid submission schedules.
- Support contract negotiations and post-bid activities when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and project opportunities.
