- Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals
- Review tender documents, RFQs, and client requirements
- Liaise with estimation, engineering, procurement, operations, and finance teams to gather required information
- Prepare proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and submission checklists
- Maintain records of tender submissions, prequalification documents, and client correspondence
- Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, capability statements, and vendor registrations
- Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities
- Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in proposal coordination, tendering, or business development support
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, or EPC sectors preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Requirements

- Excellent document control and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Language Skills (Mandatory)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong multilingual communication skills is an advantage.
