About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of labor accommodation facilities
- Ensure camp cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained
- Coordinate room allocations, employee check in/check out, and accommodation records
- Monitor camp occupancy and maintain accurate reports
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and facility upkeep
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local authority requirements
- Handle employee accommodation related issues and provide timely resolutions
- Supervise housekeeping and camp support staff
- Maintain inventory of camp assets, furniture, and equipment
- Coordinate transportation, utility services, and other camp related requirements
- Prepare periodic reports for management
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in labor accommodation management in the UAE
- Knowledge of UAE labor camp regulations and HSE requirements
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage a multicultural workforce
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Job Summary
