Responsibilities
- Act as the Performing Authority (PA) for ADNOC work activities in compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
- Ensure all work is executed safely and in accordance with ADNOC HSE standards, procedures, and Codes of Practice.
- Conduct site inspections before, during, and after work execution.
- Coordinate with Area Authorities, Issuing Authorities, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safe work execution.
- Verify that all required permits, risk assessments, method statements, and certificates are in place before commencing work.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure the workforce understands the job scope and associated hazards.
- Monitor work activities and ensure compliance with approved permits and HSE requirements.
- Stop any unsafe work and immediately report incidents, hazards, or deviations.
- Maintain proper documentation and support project teams during audits and inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Performing Authority (PA) on ADNOC projects
- Strong knowledge of the ADNOC Permit to Work (PTW) System
- Experience in pipeline construction projects (HDPE, Carbon Steel, or similar) is preferred
- Good understanding of ADNOC HSE requirements, risk assessments, and work permits
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced project environment
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
