Property Services Manager (South)

Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with an associated relevant degree and a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience.

A detailed working understanding of Property Law.

The ability to work across other disciplines within the Property Team to ensure the delivery of an integrated and professionally managed service.

The ability to work with key senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into deliverable plans.

A commitment to identify and implement innovative and effective business improvements.
