Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property inquiries and conduct professional, well structured viewings
  • Promote ready and off plan properties across Abu Dhabi’s most in demand communities
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Deliver tailored property presentations, lifestyle insights, and investment consultations
  • Advise clients on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with integrity, expertise, and exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or client facing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and target driven mindset
  • Ability to build trust and long term client relationships
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
