- Manage property inquiries and conduct professional viewings
- Promote off plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Deliver tailored property presentations and investment consultations
- Advise clients on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high value client facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Manage property inquiries and conduct professional viewings
- Promote off plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Deliver tailored property presentations and investment consultations
- Advise clients on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with integrity, expertise, and exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high value client facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target driven mindset
- Ability to build trust and long term client relationships
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
