Qualifications
- At least 6 months of UAE real estate industry experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi, with strong market knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Specialization in a specific area and multilingual skills are preferred.
Role Description
- Establish relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales.
- Guide customers through the home-buying process and help them find suitable luxury properties.
- Track market trends, new developments, and property offerings.
- Use market intelligence to provide accurate information to customers.
- Seek referrals from satisfied clients and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
