Qualifications
- At least six months of experience in the UAE real estate industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi, with strong market knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Specialization in a specific area and multilingual skills are preferred.
Role Description
- Establish and develop business relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales.
- Guide customers through the home-buying process and help them find the right luxury property.
- Stay updated with market trends, new developments, and property offerings.
- Use market intelligence to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
